Working on a new e-pattern

I've had an idea for a rolling pin and this morning I finally drew it out. Now to paint it and create an

 e-pattern for it. That might take awhile LOL. I haven't touched a paint brush since May so please be patient :) I was working on my design, turn around for a second and my pencil is gone!!!! I hear my cat Harley running in the other room so I go check because I know she's a little thief. I find her running around with the pencil in her mouth like a dog then she drops it , rolls it on the floor, puts it in her mouth again and drops it in a shoe LOL. The little stinker :) Tried taking a picture of her with the pencil in her mouth but she dropped it so here she is in the bathroom sink.
